VIC Government Department of Health Office Fitout

This project involved the fitout of the Department of Health’s Victorian State Office. The project, with a budget of over $3 million, consisted of upgrading and expanding the current capabilities and facilities of this government department. The total area of the fitout consisted three floors of the building and accumulated to an area of approximately 6,000m2.
The work achieved its primary target of consolidating the whole state office through a refit of each floor. Furthermore, the project relocated staff to help increase the efficiency of the organisation. Due to budget constraints, accurate planning and cost management were integral in achieving the desire outcome of the project, which was achieved.
