In 2013, 151 Property, based in Melbourne, acquired a portfolio of properties in Australia which included 205 Anketell Street, Greenway. 205 Anketell Street was built in 1989 and was largely unoccupied and required refurbishment and upgrade to attract new tenants.

The first stage of the project included feasibility study, design and cost planning options, exploration of adaptive reuse options, base building design and a Development Approval.

The final scope of work included building services improvements, refurbishment and upgrade of lifts, refurbishment of toilets and foyer areas, external facade clean/ repaint and external landscape improvements. All new works were designed to ensure that the building met current National Construction Code (NCC) and Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) requirements, and the expectations of the current leasing market.
