Our staff have a wealth of experience to provide value added project management skills and strategic advice and all project managers are assisted by a Project Director who has ultimate project responsibility.
The Project Director is always highly involved in the project to ensure all project deliverables are universally managed and considered in consultation with the client. In addition, to maintain this expected level of service and exceptional project management skills, Xact has placed a significant importance on the continual training and development of staff.
Xact has undertaken over 250 assignments, including a range of construction projects with a combined capital value in excess of $900 million. In addition to many projects located in and around the Canberra region, Xact has also successfully delivered (from our Canberra base) numerous projects at various locations around Australia, including all capital cities and many regional centres in each state and territory.
