As Founder and Managing Director, Bruce is responsible for the overall management of the business as well undertaking lead and overview consulting roles.
Bruce has over 35 years’ experience in senior project management and consulting roles in the property, infrastructure and construction industries. His experience encompasses a cross-section of government and private sector projects including major urban redevelopments, commercial office buildings, shopping centres, aged care facilities, museums, heritage buildings and civil infrastructure works.
As Director, Paul leads Xact’s project management services and day to day management of a range of consulting assignments. Paul has extensive experience in report writing, business case preparation, public works submissions and reporting to company boards. Paul has also represented companies as an expert consultant during arbitration and litigation proceedings.
Paul has been a consultant for 19 years and a client-side senior project manager both in Canberra and Sydney for the past 14 years. Paul has undertaken significant projects Australia-wide and has substantial expertise in delivering projects in remote communities.
Paul oversees Xact’s Property Portfolio Management and Tenant Advocacy services area. Paul has over 35 years’ experience in real estate across the full scope of transactions with strengths in high level communication, lease negotiations, strategic planning, feasibility studies and property rationalisation. He is also an experienced project manager having delivered numerous office fitouts across Australia.
Over past 14 years, Paul has represented numerous Commonwealth Government clients in negotiations of pre-commitment leases and integrated fitouts for new office buildings totalling around 200,000 square metres.
John is an experienced project manager and architect. John has over 30 years’ experience in architectural design, particularly the design, management and delivery of projects in the office, university and aged care sectors.
His corporate management experience in the public and private sectors is underpinned by a strong customer and project delivery focus. He has a reputation for adding value to business processes in a professional and personable manner.
Lyndell is a project manager with an extensive background in design. She joined Xact in 2013 and has been project manager and/or contract administrator on a variety of residential, commercial and multi-unit development projects.
With nearly 15 years' experience in designing and delivering fitout works for both the government and private sectors, Lyndell is versatile, professional and committed.
Tim Wise has an extensive career of over 25 years in project management roles in civil engineering and building projects. Tim has worked predominately for the Australian Government, Australian private sector and for the oil and gas sector overseas.
His experience has been spread across all project phases including project planning as a consultant, project delivery (as client, consultant and contractor) and as an advisor on all phases of projects and programs.
Viral has demonstrated skills in both property and project management. Viral has been involved in various procurement, contract administration and project management assignments on behalf of major public sector, university and international clients. Viral has extensive experience in construction management, negotiation, financial management, procurement, contract administration, and project, program and development management.
Viral is a team player with a proven track record for successfully delivering projects to local and Commonwealth clients, associated security agencies and multi-national companies.
Daniel is an experienced project manager who has worked on a range of large and complex projects in the construction industry.
With a background in engineering and accounting, Daniel manages competing concerns of safety, quality, environment and finance on all of his projects.
Daniel joined Xact in 2016 after 10 years with a commercial building contractor and five years financial administration in the Australian Government.
Jonathan is a project manager experienced in the recreation sector and in large public institutions .His recent projects include office fitouts, refurbishments and delivering program management services. As a result, Jonathan is committed to engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and identifies client and stakeholder liaison as one of the most rewarding aspects of his role.
Jonathan enjoys making positive contributions, problem solving, sharing knowledge and learning new concepts and ideas with the aim of improving business operations and outcomes.
Sherron is an experienced project manager and architect. Sherron couples her 15 years’ project management experience in the University with an architectural background. She specialises in complex design, attention to detail and overcoming challenges.
Sherron aims to value add in all projects and provide a positive outcome to all stakeholders. She has a passion for ensuring a user centred experience, high quality design, and making space work harder through flexibility and adaptability.
Karen is an experienced project administrator / coordinator who has previously worked on large construction projects, working with Government (State and Federal) and large commercial businesses on multi-million dollar projects. Assisting on multiple fronts to ensure projects run smoothly, Karen has demonstrated experience in the coordination of tender submissions, project document control, procurement, stakeholder communication, project finance management and assisting with achieving quality assurance.
Marko joined Xact in 2017 after achieving a high distinction in his Bachelor of Building and Construction Management degree from the University of Canberra. His involvement in the construction industry, particularly within the domain of mechanical services, has equipped him with practical, on-site experience and knowledge of various construction processes and regulations.
With a passion for achieving consistent results, both academically and professionally, Marko aims to assist the Senior Project Leaders with efficient project delivery, while remaining flexible to fully respond to the needs of the client.
David has been a consultant in the construction industry for the past four years, during which time he has worked on a range of government and private projects. David has developed electrical design and project management skills through his work.
David is committed to developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and successfully delivering project outcomes. He is a keen observer with an eye for detail and a commitment for exceeding clients’ requirements.
Hayley's previous experience is within the retail, project and development property sector. Throughout her university studies and professional experience, Hayley has proven excellence in time management with a strong communications base.
