As Managing Director, Bruce is responsible for the overall management of the business as well undertaking lead and/or overview roles on various consulting assignments. Bruce is a civil engineer with over 25 years experience in senior project management and consulting roles in the property, infrastructure and construction industries. His experience encompasses a cross-section of government and private sector including major urban redevelopments, commercial office buildings, shopping centres, aged care facilities, museums, heritage buildings and civil infrastructure works.

Manager Procurement

Professional Experience –Overview

Claudio‘s accounting and financial management background have been the foundation for senior general management roles over 16 years. He is experienced in broad executive management responsibilities within the public sector and has had exposure to operational business management in the private sector.

Prior to joining Xact in August 06, Claudio managed a telecommunication services business for Transfield Services in Canberra satisfying the requirements of a demanding Telstra contract. With a focus on business strategy and change management, Claudio turned an under-performing telecommunications profit centre to the best performing in Australia in a short period of time.

Prior to this, Claudio led the business services section of an Australian Government statutory authority with R&D expenditures in excess of $22m. This role involved executive management functions in finance, accounting, HRM, project management, IT systems management, contract management, Board secretarial and corporate governance.

His corporate, financial and operational management expertise in both the public and private sectors is underpinned by an unrelenting customer focus and a forthright and personable manner.

Manager Project Consulting

Professional Experience –Overview

Paul is responsible for the day-to-day management of Project Consulting. An experienced consulting quantity surveyor, Paul has a strong analytical, relational and client focussed approach. His consulting experience coupled with his onsite expertise as a Senior Contracts Administrator has provided Paul with excellent technical, construction and management skills. He has also represented companies as an expert consultant during arbitration and litigation proceedings.

Manager Property Consulting

Professional Experience –Overview

Paul is the Manager responsible for the Property Portfolio Management & Tenant Advocacy services area. Paul has over 35 years experience in real estate across the full scope of transactions with strengths in high level communication, lease negotiations, strategic planning and property rationalisation. Paul has held senior management positions in both the public and private sectors responsible for the management of large portfolios of both owned and leased property. His roles have included management of national portfolios on behalf of the Commonwealth Government.
