Xact Project Consultants is a Canberra based consulting business, which specialises in providing independent “client side” project and management consulting services to the property, infrastructure and technology sectors. Our core business is to assist government and private sector clients with every aspect of delivering capital works projects, from providing strategic advice during the earliest conceptual stages, through the delivery phases, to commercial closure and resolution of all outstanding issues.

Xact Project Consultants was established in 2001 by founding Director, Bruce Henry, and has since grown to comprise more than ten professionals.

Xact Project Consultants has provided project management services on over 70 projects in and around the Canberra region, with a combined capital value in excess of $200 million.  The capital value of projects currently under management under the Xact Project Consultants' banner is in the order of $70 million.

The current size and structure of the company is such that a Director or Associate Director is actively involved in all assignments undertaken.  This enables us to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of professional and personalised services throughout all stages of the project.  Xact Project Consultants is also able to draw on an extensive network of individuals and other consultant firms (both local and interstate) to provide additional resources for specific assignment as needs arise.

Xact Project Consultants has been set up to provide our clients with professional project management and strategic consulting services.  It is our belief that professional advice and assistance provided at the earliest stage in any project, will assure that the client receives cost, time and quality certainty and considerable savings at the delivery end of a project.  Starting with defining the performance outcomes, brief development, procurement planning, design and delivery, our objective is to provide 'business solutions' that ensure that value is added to the bottom line at every step in the project's development.
