Xact has been engaged by Justice and Community Service to conduct a peer review of the Stage 1 consultant team work in relation to the redevelopment of the Supreme Court in Civic, ACT. Xact brings proven expertise and a highly skilled team to the task which will be completed on a tight program to meet client objectives. This follows up on work completed previously this year for JACS in relation to the Emergency Services Agency business case development.
FaHCSIA is considering its long tem accommodation options for its Tuggeranong and Woden properties, which total around 56,000m² of office space. Xact is delighted to have been selected to deliver Stage 1 of this process, which involves examining available options and preparing a business case, including cash flows and economic analysis for approval by the Department of Finance and Deregulation.
