DEEWR National Office Accommodation Project Phase 2 (NOAP2).

This challenging project will involve the sourcing and delivery of 32,000m² of office accommodation in the Canberra CBD by mid 2012. We look forward to continuing our partnership with DEEWR as our role as Project Manager for NAOP 1 is nearing completion. NAOP 1 is the 40,000m² National Headquarters for DEEWR, located at 50 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra City.

Assess and renegotiate the Department's future office requirements as it approaches significant lease expiries in Canberra.  Manage two concurrent fitout projects at 38 and 44 Sydney Avenue, Barton to align the Department's accommodation with its corporate restructure.
